When you entrust me with creating an itinerary, I take care of everything—from booking flights, hotels, and activities to crafting a balanced, seamless itinerary that allows you to explore without feeling rushed. My goal is to create a perfect blend of planned activities and free time, so you can experience each destination at your own pace.

From routing out your trip to maximize your time, to securing dinner reservations and providing personalized recommendations, I’m here to make sure each moment is tailored to you... and the support doesn’t end there! If you encounter any challenges during your trip, I’ll be here to help you in any way that I can.

PROCESS:

Initial Consultation:
To get started, please take a few minutes to fill out this questionnaire. It’ll help me get a complete picture of what you’re envisioning for your trip and only takes about 10 minutes. Once I review it, I’ll reach out to you to discuss further.

Routing Proposal & Price Quote:
After our consultation, I’ll conduct some preliminary research and provide a routing proposal with my general thoughts of what the trip would look like, along with a quote for my planning fee. This fee is separate from the cost of the trip itself (hotels, flights, activities, etc.) and is non-refundable.

Planning & Booking:
Throughout the planning process, I’ll keep you updated and run options and prices by you for activities, accommodations, excursions and so on. Nothing will be booked without your explicit go-ahead. If you’re local to Red Bank, NJ, I am happy to meet in person as well to discuss your trip.

Travel Documents:
Once your trip is fully planned, you’ll receive a beautifully crafted itinerary, complete with everything you need for a seamless experience (e.g., itinerary details, tips, packing list, and more). Everything will be available to you digitally, held in a Google Drive folder to which you will have access.
